Arabic Translation Service is a trading name of Lingo Service Translations Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09343595, based at Regus House, Malthouse Avenue, Cardiff CF23 8RU, United Kingdom. We provide Arabic localisation services to business clients worldwide.

What you type into our quote form or instant quote: your name, email address, company name, country, VAT number and purchase order number if you give them, the service you are interested in, and your message or notes. We also receive any files you upload with an enquiry or an instant quote. We count page visits without cookies or personal data: we keep only daily totals of visits per page, the websites that linked to us and campaign tags. This site sets no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

We use your details and files only to prepare the quote you asked for, reply to you and, if you go ahead, do the work. Enquiries, quotes and the files sent with them are kept with our business records, and we delete your files and your enquiry data whenever you ask. We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Files you send for quoting or translation are kept confidential. They are stored privately, never published, used only for your quote and your project, and shared only with the linguists working on your project. We are a UK business and handle personal data under UK GDPR.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your enquiry data and files. Write to hello@arabictranslationservice.com and we will reply within one working day.
